The project investigated the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on neglect and deficits of body schema and body awareness in patients with right brain lesions. Furthermore we explored the neurofunctional basis of this kind of modulation, using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), on patients with neglect and age-matched normal volunteers.
